Made on site from pork we butcher ourselves, in a thinner link that cooks faster and crisps more — the one to choose for a breakfast or for children. Cook them gently rather than fiercely so the skins do not split.
Medium heat, 12-15 min, turning regularly. Or 190°C in the oven for 20 min, which is easier and more even.
