Simply seasoned chicken skewers, ready for the grill.

Cubed chicken threaded onto skewers and seasoned in the shop, ready to go straight onto the barbecue or under the grill. Straightforward, crowd-pleasing and quick. Cook until nicely coloured and just cooked through, then serve with flatbread, salad and your sauce of choice.
15–18 min over medium coals, turning every 3 min, or 200°C in the oven for 20 min. Confirm 75°C before serving.
