Our standing offer on diced pork: 1.3kg (3lb) for £16, trimmed and cut by hand in the shop. Even cubes matter more than people realise — it means everything cooks at the same rate, so nothing is still chewy when the rest is falling apart.
We'll pack it however suits you. Most people take it as three 1lb bags, some prefer four smaller ones for easier freezing. Just leave a note with your order and we'll sort it.

Pat dry and brown hard in batches first, then simmer gently for 45–60 minutes — pork dice needs far less time than beef.
Serves 7–8 at 175–200g per person. One 1lb bag serves 2–3 as a main.
