Made here rather than bought in: chicken breast filled with garlic butter and coated in seasoned crumb. Bake until the coating is golden and the chicken cooked through, then cut into it and let the butter run out over your potatoes. Best baked on a rack so the base crisps too.

Cook for 40 minutes on 160°C
