Hand-shaped spiced lamb kofta Kebab, ready for the grill.

Seasoned lamb mince shaped by hand onto skewers, with the warm spicing that makes a kofta what it is. Serve in flatbread with salad, chilli sauce and a good spoonful of yoghurt.
Leave undisturbed for the first 3 min so a crust forms and it holds together. 10-12 min total, turning regularly
