Layered potatoes in a creamy gratin sauce topped with grated cheese, prepared here and ready to bake. Cook until the top is golden and a knife goes through easily. It goes with almost anything off the meat counter, but it is particularly good with a steak or a roast.
Remove film lid to cook, cook for 15-20 minutes 200°
