For anyone who thinks a burger should fight back. Our handmade beef burger blended with our firecracker seasoning, bringing a sweet chilli heat that builds as you eat rather than blowing your head off in one go. Cook it hard over coals, top with a slice of cheese to take the edge off, and serve in a soft bun with something cooling on the side.
The chilli seasoning contains sugar, so keep it off the fiercest heat or the outside blackens before the middle is done. Medium coals, 4–5 min a side.
