Chicken shawarma kebab
Minced chicken skewers in a warm Middle Eastern shawarma spice.

Marinated in a warm shawarma blend, so the spice goes right through the meat. Cook over coals or under a hot grill, turning until charred at the edges. Serve in flatbread with garlic sauce, chilli sauce, pickles and salad.
Medium coals or pan for 8-10 min turning regularly. Check 75°C at the centre. Charred outside does not mean cooked inside.
